Herron High School hosted its second annual meet yesterday, Wednesday, September 20.  It was a hot night, but our runners persevered. Weekend Trail Runs

For the remainder of the summer, I want to encourage all runners to complete a trail run at a local park, the Central Towpath, or some other non-concrete surface location. Regular practices will begin on August 2, so get out there and run!
