Last night was the final season competition for our Herron Boys Track and Field team, and the pushed hard for every point and place received. The Girls team competed at Sectionals on Tuesday and proved that all the work this season paid off! It was a nail-biter of a meet, with Herron holding strong in 6th place all night and ultimately finishing 8th. Rachel Bowling highlighted by placing 2nd in the Pole Vault with a Regional qualifying vault of 9’6″.
Last Saturday the Freshmen represented! With 4 girls and and 8 boys, we finished 2nd and and 3rd respectively.
